Rafael focuses his practice on Corporate Law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity. He brings a solid track record in full-service advice to transnational companies and globally active funds, specialising in the structuring and execution of complex investment, divestment and corporate restructuring transactions.
A specialist in company law and commercial contracts, he acts as trusted counsel to a range of companies, supporting their day-to-day governance as board member and company secretary. He also brings a broad perspective on the legal market and actively leads the firm’s international expansion strategy. He practises bilingually in Spanish and English.
