Fernando specialises in corporate law, company law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and legal due diligence.

Throughout his career, Fernando has built a strong professional track record in multinational companies, enabling him to gain extensive experience in managing highly complex national and international transactions in more than 25 countries. He also has in-depth knowledge of corporate, company, civil and procedural law. In addition, Fernando has served as director in several companies, including a listed company.

Among his professional recognitions, he was included in the prestigious 2016 edition of The Legal 500 EMEA GC Powerlist, where he was recognised as one of the leading In-House General Counsels in Spain.
