Álvaro Canals de Echenique

Álvaro is an associate in RLD’s Corporate Department, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracting and legal due diligence processes. His work combines ongoing advice to companies —framework agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements— with support on larger one-off transactions, always with an approach geared towards early risk identification and clarity in documentation.

He also acts as secretary to boards of directors and corporate governance bodies, supporting companies in their day-to-day governance. He carries out his professional activity bilingually in Spanish and English.
