Alberto Jornet Navarro

Alberto has more than 30 years of professional experience, specialising in in-house legal advisory for commercial companies, serving as legal adviser, secretary, director and administrator in various entities. He has also provided external advisory to companies in civil and commercial matters, covering contracts in the broadest sense, both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on negotiating highly complex commercial contracts.

He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, with notable expertise in sectors such as oil and gas, industry, hospitality and real estate, with international-level dealings. He has actively participated in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as in the execution of wealth and asset restructuring processes for both family and business groups.

In addition, he has advised on and managed foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad, including tax optimisation through the incorporation of companies in European Union jurisdictions or other territories with more favourable tax regimes.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
