RLD moves its Madrid headquarters to Edificio Cuzco II to support its growth

The firm, specialised in M&A and Corporate Law, relocates to Paseo de la Castellana, 139, at the heart of the Spanish capital’s financial district.

The new premises reflect the consolidation of its team and strengthen the firm’s commitment to specialised, hands-on advice for its clients in Spain and the United Arab Emirates.

MADRID, October 2026. RLD is moving its Madrid headquarters to Edificio Cuzco II, located at Paseo de la Castellana, 139, fully operational from 3 November. The boutique firm specialises in Corporate Law, M&A and the expansion of Spanish and Latin American companies into the United Arab Emirates.

The new office sits on one of Madrid’s main corporate and financial avenues and marks a key step for the firm. After 28 years on calle Zurbano, where it occupied 253 m², RLD is moving to a 450 m² office, almost 80% larger. The new space is more modern, better equipped technologically and designed to handle highly complex transactions with the confidentiality they require.

Located on the eighth floor, with natural light and views, the office combines private offices with open-plan areas for teamwork. It also features a dedicated deal room, meeting rooms with videoconferencing systems to work alongside the Dubai office, and room to keep bringing in new professionals.

Tailored advice in M&A and Corporate Law

With this move, RLD reinforces its position as a boutique focused on Corporate Law and M&A, where each transaction is handled by a small team working in direct contact with the client.

The firm advises companies and family businesses and offices on mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions, with rigour and absolute discretion.

“We had outgrown our office on Zurbano. We needed more space and the right technology to welcome our clients and work as one team between Madrid, where we run our M&A transactions, and Dubai, where we support companies in their international expansion”, says Rafael López-Diéguez Piñar, Managing Director of RLD.

Strengthening the Madrid-Dubai axis

RLD has had its own office in Dubai since 2012. From there it supports Spanish and Latin American companies setting up in the United Arab Emirates, and over these years it has advised more than 100 Spanish companies. On the most complex projects, both offices work as one: Madrid coordinates the transaction from Spain and Dubai supports it on the ground.
