Almudena Gregorio Ibáñez

Almudena is a lawyer at RLD Middle East DMCC, where she advises international companies, particularly Spanish ones, on their establishment and operations in the United Arab Emirates. Her practice focuses on supporting international companies throughout their entire life cycle in the United Arab Emirates, from initial establishment through to day-to-day operations. She advises both on specific corporate projects (incorporations, restructurings, expansion of operations, immigration processes or liquidations) and on the recurring needs that arise in a company’s daily business, acting as local point of contact for regulatory, corporate, employment and administrative matters.

A Dubai resident since 2022, she combines her Spanish legal training with practical experience developed entirely in the United Arab Emirates. This dual perspective allows her to understand the needs and expectations of Spanish companies operating in the region, facilitating their adaptation to the local regulatory framework and helping their projects proceed efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
